The activities of the training program on “banking marketing and professionalism in customer service” were concluded on Thursday evening in the conference hall of the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory in Al-Shihr, in the presence of Mr. Muhammad Sultan Al-Fatesh, General Manager of the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory, and Mr. Raed Bahwairth, Director of the Shamil Bank of Yemen Bahrain, Al-Shihr Branch. And Mr. Ahmed Al-Aidaroos, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at the National Factory.
This training program was implemented by the Yemen Bahrain Comprehensive Bank, Al-Shihr Branch, in cooperation with the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory during the period from 2 to 7 December 2022 AD, to train the employees of the bank and the factory and a number of clients who own projects in the city of Al-Shihr, under the supervision of the advisor in marketing, sales and customer service, Mr. Raed Al-Saqqaf.
  The training program courses, implemented in two phases, the first under the title Banking Marketing and the second Professionalism in Customer Service, aim to excel and be able to meet the needs and expectations of customers, increase their satisfaction and loyalty, and train on the skills, behaviors and tools that help in this.
At the end, certificates of participation were presented to the participants, which were presented on the stage of the factory’s conference hall by Mr. Raed Ba Hwaireth, Director of the Yemen-Bahrain Shamil Bank, Al-Shahr Branch, Mr. Muhammad Sultan Al-Fatesh, General Manager of the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory, and the program’s trainer, advisor in marketing, sales, and customer service, Mr. Raed. Al-Saqqaf.
