The Governor of Hadhramaut Governorate, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, participates in the training workshop on community accountability and its importance in improving the tasks of the Environmental Sanitation Department in the Public Works and Roads Office in Al-Shihr District, the implementation of which was hosted by the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory.

The training workshop is organized by the Nour Al Amal Women’s Charitable Association within the Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in Yemen (SIERY) program, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through the Renaissance Makers Organization and under the supervision of the Ministry of Local Administration.

This workshop will be held for two days in the conference hall of the National Fish Canning and Packaging Factory, with the participation of 20 trainees, and in the presence of specialists in the Environmental Sanitation Department of the Public Works Office and a number of relevant executive offices. This training workshop was preceded by a listening session that took place at the end of last week.
